These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Angad Singh Sachdeva and Nihar Puthin (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 2102, Tower 2, Vascon Windemere, N Main Rd, Suyojana Society, Kavadewadi, Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra 411001.
By accessing or using our platform, including the website and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at addy (together or individually "Service") operated by Addy.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound of them.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at support@addy.co.in so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use Service.
  1. Use of Service
    You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
  2. User Accounts
    You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inaccurate or inactive.
  3. Payments and Fees
    All payments from brands and payouts to influencers are processed securely via Razorpay. By using our Service, you agree to comply with Razorpay’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We charge a 10% fee from brand campaign budgets and a 9% fee from influencer payouts.
  4. Campaign Content and Metrics
    Creators must only submit original content for campaigns. Metrics for payouts are pulled via connected APIs, including but not limited to Google API Services, and are subject to availability and accuracy. We reserve the right to audit and withhold payment for fraudulent or misrepresented metrics.
  5. Intellectual Property
    All content submitted by users remains their intellectual property. However, by uploading content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of promoting campaigns and our platform.
  6. Prohibited Conduct
    You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: engaging in fraudulent campaigns, disrupting platform operations, reverse-engineering software, or harassing other users.
  7. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to our platform or users.
  8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
    We provide the Service on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties regarding the Service’s accuracy, reliability, or availability. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  9. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune.
  10. Changes to This Policy
    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the dashboard or email.
